Cantandum presents a concert for Easter on Wednesday, 3rd March at 7.30 pm at St Stephen’s, Rochester Row (click here for a map).
The programme incudes Stainer's magnificent Crucifixion, a moving piece which includes four superb Lenten hymns for audience participation. The concert lasts about 75 minutes. Admission, as always, is free; there will be a retiring collection in aid of the Diocesan Lent Appeal.
Cantandum - the Singers and Friends of Westminster School Common Room – is an established group well known for the outstanding quality of its vocal sound and with a strong reputation for interesting programming. Cantandum gives regular concerts in the Westminster area and is also the resident choir for choral services held at St John’s Smith Square.
