Athletics
The Athletics Club was founded in 1963 when OWW were invited by the School to take part in the annual Towpath Race. OW Athletics do not organise regular training sessions so OWW are encouraged to join their local and university clubs and to compete with the OWW for annual set fixtures. This has settled recently into two main events: the Towpath Cup, a handicap race against the School and Common Room every September, and an Inter Old Boys’ cross-country event in December, in which OWW have done particularly well in recent years.

Real Tennis
Real Tennis, or 'Tennis' (the other game being “Lawn Tennis”), is the only sport played by Old Westminsters that pre-dates the re-founding of the School by Elizabeth I. Old Westminster Real Tennis encourages involvement from OWW of all ages and handicaps who are interested in representing the Elizabethans, reviving or beginning their involvement in Real Tennis.
Members tend to play at their own clubs and come together for fixtures - there are no regular team practises. We have matches against clubs such as Oxford, Petworth and others and participate in the Brigands Peripatetic Tournament.

Water
The Elizabethan Boat Club, the rowing club for Old Westminsters, encourages involvement from new members of all ages and skill levels, male and female, who are interested in keeping up or reviving their involvement in Water. The Club would be particularly happy to hear from anyone who can offer coxing and/or coaching experience. The Elizabethan Boat Club offers a balanced and flexible training programme designed to accommodate busy professionals. Outings are on weekends (usually Sunday mornings) in boats ranging from singles and pairs up to the use of our own VIII, while land training is run on weekdays in members’ own time, with a contingent training together at the Royal Courts of Justice's gym. We race competitively, usually on and around Tideway. Key dates in the calendar to date have been the Head of the River Race in the spring, and Henley Royal Regatta in the summer.
