It is essential you let us know of any access requirements.
There is a high-profile event taking place at Westminster Abbey on the day of Small Carols. Due to this, there will be an incredibly high security presence.
We have been instructed by both Westminster Abbey and the Metropolitan Police that all attendees of Small Carols must have a paper ticket and photographic ID to be permitted entry into the cordoned off area. As a result of this, we have to change the way in which we administer this event.
If you booked tickets before Friday 23rd October you must collect a paper ticket from Westminster School Reception (18 Dean’s Yard) between Tuesday 27 November and Monday 3 December in order to gain entry to Small Carols. If you booked on or after Friday 23rd October, tickets will be posted to you.
Should you be unable to collect your tickets from School by Monday 3 December, please contact us on 020 7963 1113 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make alternative arrangements.
Additionally, we recommend arriving for this event earlier than you would have in previous years. We greatly apologise for this inconvenience, but we know you will understand that we must comply with the Security measures required of us.
